This is the most transparent version and the easiest to evaluate.<\/p>\n<p>Feature-capped freemium gives you unlimited usage but withholds specific capabilities, like higher output resolution or longer context windows, behind a paid tier.<\/p>\n<p>Quality-capped freemium is the least disclosed version: the free tier silently uses a smaller or older underlying model, so output quality itself is the thing being metered.<\/p>\n<p>Before trusting a comparison chart, run the same real task through the free tier and, if possible, a trial of the paid tier.
